Covid death or containment anxiety death - Part 4

• He lost his sister in the month of May 2021
• She had a mild fever and was advised to get the RT-PCR test, which came +ve
• She had a kidney failure in a few days
• The family only got a sealed coffin after that
• In-between his brother-in-law (sister's husband) had loose motions, but no fever or cold; he too got an RT-PCR +ve
• He too came back in a sealed coffin
• Even the funeral was conducted by the authorities, not by the family
• There was no information on the patients or what medication they were given, during the hospitalization, no visitation was allowed
• Context:
  • As per Europe data, there was no pandemic for anyone under 65 years
  • Sero-surveys showed that the virus had run through the Mumbai slum population by June/July 2020, without anyone realizing it
  • So what did all the containment frenzy achieve, except needless suffering and anxiety deaths?
